Ingredients
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 sprig rosemary infused in oil
- 200 ml neutral oil
- 1 tbsp cider vinegar
- Salt
Preparation
Infuse the oil with the rosemary. Mix the egg yolk, mustard, vinegar, and add the infused oil in a drizzle. Add the black pepper and season.
