Ingredients
- 1 piece of braised pork shoulder
- 250 ml (1 cup) BBQ sauce
- 1 bag of corn tortillas (nachos)
- 500 ml (2 cups) grated cheddar cheese
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 1 jalapeño, sliced
- 45 ml (3 tbsp) hot and sour sauce
- Sour cream (optional)
Preparation
- Heat the braised pork bag in a pot of boiling water according to directions.
- Shred the meat and mix it with the BBQ sauce.
- On a baking sheet, spread the nachos, then add the pulled pork, red onion and grated cheese.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 10 minutes, until cheese is melted and lightly browned.
- When removed from the oven, add the jalapeño slices and drizzle with hot and sour sauce.
- Serve immediately with optional sour cream.
