Ingredients
- 454 g (1 lb) ground beef
- 454 g (1 lb) Québec ground pork
- 1 egg
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) onion powder
- 8 ml (1/2 tbsp) garlic powder
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) horseradish
- 125 ml (½ cup) bacon, cooked and chopped
- 125 ml (½ cup) grated Parmesan cheese
- 90 ml (6 tbsp.) breadcrumbs
- 15 ml (1 tbsp.) Sriracha sauce
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) ketchup
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) coriander seeds, ground
- salt and pepper to taste

- Sautéed peppers and onions

Preparation
- Preheat oven, rack in center, to 180°C (350°F).
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, egg, onion and garlic powder, horseradish, bacon, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, Sriracha sauce, ketchup, coriander, salt and pepper.
- In a cake tin lined with parchment paper, place and pack the prepared mixture and bake for 1 hour.
- Serve with mashed potatoes and green vegetables.
- Alternatively, make a sandwich,
- Let the meatloaf cool, then cut into thick slices.
- In a hot frying pan, toast each slice in a little butter, 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
- Top each slice with cheddar cheese.
- Top sandwich buns with a slice of meatloaf, sautéed peppers and your choice of sauce.
