Ingredients
- 1 bag of ready-made chicken meatballs in tomato basil sauce
- 2 pizza crusts (each about 30 cm in diameter)
- 500 ml (2 cups) shredded mozzarella
- 8 slices of raclette cheese
- 30 ml (2 tablespoons) olive oil
- 20-24 fresh basil leaves
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 290°C (550°F) or its maximum temperature.
- Spread the pizza crusts on baking sheets or pizza stones.
- Divide the chicken meatballs in tomato sauce evenly between the two pizzas.
- Sprinkle each pizza with 250 ml (1 cup) of shredded mozzarella, then arrange 4 slices of raclette cheese on each pizza.
- Drizzle each pizza with olive oil, then season with salt and pepper, to taste.
- Bake the pizzas for 6 to 8 minutes, or until the crusts are golden and the cheese is melted and lightly browned.
- Remove the pizzas from the oven and garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
- Cut into slices and serve warm.
