Pizza with Chicken Meatballs and Fresh Basil

Preparation

  1. Preheat your oven to 290°C (550°F) or its maximum temperature.
  2. Spread the pizza crusts on baking sheets or pizza stones.
  3. Divide the chicken meatballs in tomato sauce evenly between the two pizzas.
  4. Sprinkle each pizza with 250 ml (1 cup) of shredded mozzarella, then arrange 4 slices of raclette cheese on each pizza.
  5. Drizzle each pizza with olive oil, then season with salt and pepper, to taste.
  6. Bake the pizzas for 6 to 8 minutes, or until the crusts are golden and the cheese is melted and lightly browned.
  7. Remove the pizzas from the oven and garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
  8. Cut into slices and serve warm.
