STEAK AND CORN PIZZA ON THE BBQ
Portions : 4 - Preparation : 10 to 15 minutes - Cooking : 20 minutes
Ingredients
- 4 ears of 4 corn, to be shucked
- 2 beef steaks
- 2 balls store-bought pizza dough
- 250ml (1 cup) sour cream
- ¼ bunch parsley, leaves removed, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 18 cherry tomatoes, quartered
- 24 thin slices Oka cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- Preheat the BBQ to maximum
- Place the corn on the grill in its husks and cook for 15 minutes, turning regularly.
- Meanwhile, season with salt and pepper, then place the steaks on the BBQ grill and grill for 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Then cut each steak into thin slices and set aside.
- On the work surface, roll out the pizza dough into 4 pizzas, each 9 to 10" long.
- Place the pizzas on the BBQ grill and cook for 1 minute on each side.
- In a bowl, mix sour cream, parsley, garlic, salt and pepper. Check seasoning.
- Spread the mixture on each pre-cooked pizza. Set aside.
- Shuck the cooked corn cobs and remove the kernels with a knife.
- On each pizza, place the corn kernels, tomatoes, thinly sliced steak and cheese.
- Close one of the burners and place the pizzas on that side of the BBQ, with the lid closed, to finish cooking for 5 minutes.
