Tomato and goat's cheese pizza - Bbq cooking

Ingredients

  • 1 pizza dough ball
  • 60 ml (4 tablespoons) olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 pinches herbes de Provence blend

Topping

  • 4 multicolored tomatoes, sliced
  • 60 ml (4 tbsp.) fresh goat cheese, crumbled
  • 4 basil leaves, chopped
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp.) olive oil
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp.) white balsamic vinegar
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Preheat barbecue to maximum.
  2. Roll out pizza dough on work surface.
  3. Place dough on barbecue grill and cook for 1 minute on each side.
  4. Meanwhile, in a bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic and herbes de Provence.
  5. Brush the prepared flavored oil over the dough and again, place the dough on the barbecue grill, cooking indirectly (fire off underneath), lid closed, for 2 minutes.
  6. Spread the tomato slices, goat cheese, basil, olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper over the cooked dough.
