Ingredients
- 1 pizza dough ball
- 60 ml (4 tablespoons) olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 pinches herbes de Provence blend
Topping
- 4 multicolored tomatoes, sliced
- 60 ml (4 tbsp.) fresh goat cheese, crumbled
- 4 basil leaves, chopped
- 30 ml (2 tbsp.) olive oil
- 30 ml (2 tbsp.) white balsamic vinegar
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- Preheat barbecue to maximum.
- Roll out pizza dough on work surface.
- Place dough on barbecue grill and cook for 1 minute on each side.
- Meanwhile, in a bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic and herbes de Provence.
- Brush the prepared flavored oil over the dough and again, place the dough on the barbecue grill, cooking indirectly (fire off underneath), lid closed, for 2 minutes.
- Spread the tomato slices, goat cheese, basil, olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper over the cooked dough.
