Ingredients
- 4 carrots, grated (about 2 cups)
- 50 g (about 1/2 cup) raisins
- 1 plain yogurt (about 120 ml)
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) lemon juice
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) honey (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mix the grated carrots with the raisins in a salad bowl.
- Prepare the dressing by mixing the yogurt, lemon juice, honey (if using), salt and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the carrots, toss and serve.
