Ingredients
- 60 ml (4 tablespoons) olive oil
- 30 ml (2 tablespoons) horseradish
- 60 ml (4 tbsp.) parsley, chopped
- 125 ml (½ cup) pecans, chopped
- 90 ml (6 tbsp) maple syrup
- 60 ml (4 tablespoons) panko breadcrumbs
- 4 salmon steaks
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- Preheat oven, rack in center, to 200°C (400°F).
- In a bowl, combine oil, horseradish, parsley, pecans, maple syrup, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper.
- Coat each salmon steak with the mixture.
- Place salmon steaks on a baking sheet lined with a silicone mat and bake for 15 minutes.
- Serve with green beans and rice.
