  1. Empty the tube of Salmon Duo into a bowl. Add the diced mango, chopped coriander, Tex-Mex spices, lime juice and olive oil.
  2. Season with salt and pepper, then mix gently to coat the salmon and mango with the spices and coriander.
  3. Let sit in the refrigerator for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.
  4. Serve chilled with corn chips, toast or on a bed of salad.
