Ingredients
- 1 tube of Salmon Duo (fresh salmon and smoked salmon)
- 1/2 mango, cut into small cubes
- 1 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped
- 1 tbsp Tex-Mex spices
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) lime juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Preparation
- Empty the tube of Salmon Duo into a bowl. Add the diced mango, chopped coriander, Tex-Mex spices, lime juice and olive oil.
- Season with salt and pepper, then mix gently to coat the salmon and mango with the spices and coriander.
- Let sit in the refrigerator for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.
- Serve chilled with corn chips, toast or on a bed of salad.
