Ingredients
- 1 tube of Salmon Duo (fresh salmon and smoked salmon)
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) fresh ginger, grated
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) toasted sesame seeds
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) soy sauce
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) rice vinegar
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) sesame oil
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped
- 5 ml (1 tsp) sambal oelek or sriracha (to taste)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Preparation
- Empty the tube of Salmon Duo into a bowl. Add grated ginger, toasted sesame seeds and chopped green onion.
- Stir in soy sauce, rice vinegar and sesame oil. Add sambal oelek or sriracha to taste for a spicy touch. Gently mix to coat all ingredients.
- Add chopped fresh cilantro and season with salt and pepper, if necessary.
- Let sit in the refrigerator for 10 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
- Serve chilled with toast, crackers or as an appetizer on a bed of salad.
