Classic salmon tartare with smoked salmon

Tartare de saumon classique au saumon fumé

Ingredients

  • 1 tube of Salmon Duo (fresh salmon and smoked salmon)
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) lemon juice
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) mayonnaise
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) pickles, finely chopped
  • 1 small shallot, finely chopped
  • QS Tabasco sauce (to taste)
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Toasted bread croutons, to serve

Preparation

  1. Empty the tube of Salmon Duo into a bowl. Add the lemon juice, mayonnaise, chopped pickles, shallot and olive oil. Mix gently to coat all the ingredients.
  2. Add a few drops of Tabasco sauce to taste for a spicy touch. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Serve tartare immediately with toasted croutons for a little crunch.
