Ingredients
- 1 tube of Salmon Duo (fresh salmon and smoked salmon)
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) lemon juice
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) mayonnaise
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) pickles, finely chopped
- 1 small shallot, finely chopped
- QS Tabasco sauce (to taste)
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Toasted bread croutons, to serve
Preparation
- Empty the tube of Salmon Duo into a bowl. Add the lemon juice, mayonnaise, chopped pickles, shallot and olive oil. Mix gently to coat all the ingredients.
- Add a few drops of Tabasco sauce to taste for a spicy touch. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve tartare immediately with toasted croutons for a little crunch.
