Smoked salmon tartine with dill-marinated salmon cubes

Ingredients

  • 1 tube of Salmon Duo (fresh and smoked salmon)
  • 2 slices farmhouse bread, lightly toasted
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 pear, thinly sliced
  • 125 g (1/2 cup) ricotta cheese
  • 1 small clove garlic, finely chopped
  • Zest of 1/2 lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 small red onion, finely chopped

Preparation

  • In a bowl, combine the fresh salmon cubes from the tube with the dill, lemon juice and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Marinate for 10 minutes.
  • In a separate bowl, combine ricotta with chopped garlic, lemon zest, salt and pepper. Stir well to obtain a creamy, seasoned ricotta.
  • Generously spread toasted bread slices with seasoned ricotta. Then add the chopped red onion.
  • Place a few pear slices on each slice, then add the marinated salmon cubes. Finish by adding a few pieces of smoked salmon from the tube.
  • Serve immediately.
