Ingredients
- 1 tube of Salmon Duo (fresh and smoked salmon)
- 2 slices farmhouse bread, lightly toasted
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 pear, thinly sliced
- 125 g (1/2 cup) ricotta cheese
- 1 small clove garlic, finely chopped
- Zest of 1/2 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 small red onion, finely chopped
Preparation
- In a bowl, combine the fresh salmon cubes from the tube with the dill, lemon juice and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Marinate for 10 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, combine ricotta with chopped garlic, lemon zest, salt and pepper. Stir well to obtain a creamy, seasoned ricotta.
- Generously spread toasted bread slices with seasoned ricotta. Then add the chopped red onion.
- Place a few pear slices on each slice, then add the marinated salmon cubes. Finish by adding a few pieces of smoked salmon from the tube.
- Serve immediately.
