BBQ CHICKEN WINGS

Ingredients
- 750 g (1.5 lb) Québec chicken wings
- 5ml (1 teaspoon) garlic powder
- 15ml (1 tablespoon) onion powder
- 15ml (1tbsp) smoked paprika
- 30ml (4tbsp) honey
- 5ml (1 tsp.) dried oregano
- 15ml (1tbsp) hot sauce (Tabasco)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- Preheat the BBQ to maximum.
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Turn off one of the BBQ burners. With the burner side turned off, place the chicken wings on the grill with the lid closed and cook for 15 minutes.
- Then, with the burner on, continue cooking, 2 minutes on each side, to caramelize the chicken wings.
