SCANDINAVIAN BBQ PIZZA
Portions : 4 - Preparation : 10 minutes - Cooking : 7 minutes
Ingredients
- 1 homemade or store-bought pizza dough
- 60 ml (4 tablespoons) sour cream
- 250 ml (1 cup) smoked salmon, coarsely chopped
- 45 ml (3 tbsp.) capers
- ½ red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 sprigs dill, leaves removed, finely chopped
- 1 lemon, zest
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- Preheat the BBQ to maximum.
- Roll out dough to ¼ inch thickness. Lightly flour the dough.
- Place the dough directly on the BBQ grill and cook for about 1 minute. Turn over and cook for a further 1 minute.
- Remove the dough from the BBQ and garnish with sour cream, salmon, capers and onion. Sprinkle dill and lemon zest over the top. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Place the pizza back on the BBQ grill over indirect heat, close the lid and cook for around 5 minutes.
