Ingredients
- 2 bagels, halved and lightly toasted
- 1 tube Salmon Duo (fresh and smoked salmon)
- 125 g (1/2 cup) cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 small red onion, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp. capers
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 1 handful arugula or spinach
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- Mix cream cheese with lemon juice, chopped red onion and capers. Season with salt and pepper.
- Spread each bagel half generously with cream cheese mixture.
- Empty the tube of Salmon Duo and scatter the cubes of fresh and smoked salmon over the bagels.
- Add avocado slices and a handful of arugula or spinach to each bagel.
- Assemble bagels and serve immediately.
