Bagel with smoked salmon and salmon cubes

Bagel au saumon fumé et cubes de saumon

Ingredients

  • 2 bagels, halved and lightly toasted
  • 1 tube Salmon Duo (fresh and smoked salmon)
  • 125 g (1/2 cup) cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 small red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp. capers
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • 1 handful arugula or spinach
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Mix cream cheese with lemon juice, chopped red onion and capers. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Spread each bagel half generously with cream cheese mixture.
  3. Empty the tube of Salmon Duo and scatter the cubes of fresh and smoked salmon over the bagels.
  4. Add avocado slices and a handful of arugula or spinach to each bagel.
  5. Assemble bagels and serve immediately.
