Ingredients
- 250 g (1 cup) butter, softened
- 15 ml (1 tbsp.) chopped fresh parsley
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 pinch salt
Preparation
- Mix softened butter with parsley, garlic and salt. Shape the butter into a roll using cling film and refrigerate until hardened. You can also vary the ingredients according to taste, adding lemon zest, herbs (tarragon, chives), spices or even sun-dried tomatoes to create different versions. This butter is ideal for accompanying fish, grilled meats or roasted vegetables.
