Ingredients
- 250 g (1 cup) butter
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 30 ml (2 tbsp.) Worcestershire sauce
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) barbecue sauce
- 15 ml (1 tbsp.) Dijon mustard
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper (optional)
Preparation
Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat, then add minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add Worcestershire sauce, barbecue sauce, Dijon mustard and cayenne pepper, if desired. Mix well and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes. This cowboys butter is perfect for basting grilled meats, especially steaks or pork chops.
