Ceviche with salmon cubes and smoked salmon

Ceviche de cubes de saumon et saumon fumé

Ingredients

  • 1 tube Salmon Duo (fresh and smoked salmon)
  • 60 ml (4 tbsp.) lime juice
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp.) fresh orange juice
  • 1 small shallot, finely chopped
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1/2 avocado, diced
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp.) fresh coriander, chopped
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper (optional)

Preparation

  1. Empty the tube of Salmon Duo into a bowl. Add lime juice, orange juice, shallot and jalapeño pepper (if using). Mix gently and marinate in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
  2. Once marinated, add the tomato, avocado and fresh coriander. Season with salt, pepper and a pinch of cayenne pepper, if desired.
  3. Serve immediately, accompanied by corn chips or toasted toast.
