Cookie crousti-moelleux (melted butter, white and brown sugar)

Cookie crousti-moelleux (beurre fondu, sucre blanc et brun)

Ingredients

  • 250 g (1 3/4 cups) all-purpose flour
  • 125 g (1/2 cup) melted butter
  • 100 g (1/2 cup) brown sugar
  • 100 g (1/2 cup) white sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 200 g (1 cup) chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Melt butter and allow to cool.
  2. Mix with both types of sugar.
  3. Add egg and vanilla, then stir in dry ingredients.
  4. Add chocolate chips.
  5. Refrigerate dough for 30 minutes before baking. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 10-12 minutes to obtain cookies that are crisp on the edges and soft on the inside.
