Ingredients
- 250 g (1 3/4 cups) all-purpose flour
- 125 g (1/2 cup) soft butter
- 150 g (3/4 cup) white sugar
- 50 g (1/4 cup) brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 pinch salt
- 200 g (1 cup) chocolate chips
Preparation
- Cream the soft butter with the white sugar and a small amount of brown sugar.
- Add egg and vanilla, then stir in dry ingredients.
- Add chocolate chips.
- Roll out cookies slightly thinner than usual and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 14-16 minutes for a crisp, flatter result.
