CORIANDER GIN FIZZ
Portions : 4 - Preparation : 5 minutes - Cooking : 10 minutes
Ingredients
Coriander syrup
- 1 bunch coriander, leaves removed
- 250 ml (1 cup) water
- 250 ml (1 cup) sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 60 ml (4 tbsp.) Hungava gin
- 20 ml (4 tsp.) fresh lemon juice
- 20 ml (4 tsp.) fresh lime juice
- 20 ml (4 tsp.) coriander syrup
- 120 ml (8 tbsp.) tonic
- A few fresh coriander leaves, whole
- 4 large lime zests
Preparation
Coriander syrup
- In a saucepan over low heat, cook the coriander in the water, sugar and salt for 10 minutes.
- Then strain and leave to cool.
- In a shaker, mix the gin, lemon and lime juices, coriander syrup and 5 ice cubes.
- Add tonic and serve in frosted glasses. Add a coriander leaf and lime zest to each glass.
RUM MANDARIN LEMONADE
Portions : 4 - Preparation time : 5 minutes
Ingredients
- 60 ml (4 tbsp.) Chic Choc rum
- 2 mandarins, zest removed
- 250 ml (1 cup) fresh mandarin juice, strained
- 2 lemons, juice
- 30 ml to 60 ml (2 to 4 tablespoons) honey
- 250 ml (1 cup) club soda
Preparation
- In a shaker, combine rum, zest, mandarin and lemon juices and honey.
- Add a few ice cubes and stir well, then add the club soda.
- Serve chilled.
