Ingredients
- 300 g fresh salmon, cut into pieces
- 680 g ready-to-use mashed potatoes
- 500 ml (2 cups) broccoli, cut into small florets
- 1 onion, chopped
- 15 ml (1 tbsp.) butter
- 250 ml (1 cup) grated Gruyère cheese
- 15 ml (1 tbsp.) olive oil
- salt and pepper
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 200°C.
- Arrange broccoli florets on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Roast in the oven for 20 minutes, turning halfway through cooking, until lightly browned.
- Meanwhile, in a hot frying pan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the chopped onion and sauté for about 5 minutes, until translucent. Add the salmon pieces and cook quickly for 3-4 minutes, until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper.
- Arrange the roasted broccoli and salmon pieces in a gratin dish. Top with the ready-to-use mashed potatoes, then sprinkle with grated Gruyère.
- Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes, until golden brown and slightly crisp on top.
