"Gourmet" hot chicken

"Hot Chicken" gourmand

  1. Heat poutine sauce in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Lightly toast slices of bread.
  3. Place two slices of bread on each plate.
  4. Spread the shredded chicken over the bread, then add the cooked green peas.
  5. Sprinkle with crisp, chopped bacon.
  6. Pour hot poutine sauce generously over all.
  7. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  8. Serve immediately, piping hot.
