Ingredients
- 30 ml (2 tablespoons) soy sauce
- 15 ml (1 tablespoon) hot sauce
- 30 ml (2 tbsp.) hoisin sauce
- 1 lime, juice
- 15 ml (1 tbsp.) honey
- 1 pork tenderloin
- 4 sandwich buns
- 60 ml (4 tbsp.) mayonnaise
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 90 ml (6 tbsp) coriander leaves
Preparation
- Preheat barbecue to high.
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, hot sauce, hoisin sauce, lime juice and honey.
- Grill pork tenderloin for 2 minutes on each side.
- Brush pork tenderloin with prepared mixture and cook, indirectly, for 15 minutes.
- Brush again halfway through cooking. Remove and cool.
- Cut pork tenderloin into thin slices.
- Divide mayonnaise, carrot julienne, cucumber, cilantro and pork slices between sandwich buns.
