Ingredients
- 3 cups of oatmeal
- 3 cups of puffed rice
- 1 cup crushed almonds
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds
- 3/4 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3/4 cup maple syrup
- 3/4 cup canola oil
- 3 pinches of fine salt
- 2 cups crushed dried bananas
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
- In a bowl, combine all ingredients except the dried bananas and dark chocolate chips.
- Spread the granola mixture in a baking dish in an even layer.
- Bake for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes to ensure even cooking.
- Once cooked, remove the granola from the oven and let it cool.
- Add the dried bananas and dark chocolate chips and mix well.
- Store in an airtight jar or container. Granola can be stored in the pantry for several weeks.
