Ingredients
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tsp. truffle oil
- 1 tsp. lemon zest
- 200 ml neutral oil
- 1 tbsp. white wine vinegar
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
In a bowl, mix the egg yolk, mustard, vinegar, and truffle oil. Add the oil while whisking. Add the lemon zest and season to taste.
