Ingredients
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 head of roasted garlic
- 1 tsp mustard
- 200 ml neutral oil
- 1 tbsp cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley and basil
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
Mix the roasted garlic until you get a puree. Mix with the egg yolk, mustard, and vinegar. Gradually add the oil while whisking. Add the fresh herbs, season, and stir.
