Mayonnaise with Walnut Oil and Parsley

Mayonnaise à l'Huile de Noix et Persil

Ingredients

  • 1 egg yolk
  • 200 ml walnut oil
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tbsp cider vinegar
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

Whisk the egg yolk with the vinegar and whip the mayonnaise with the walnut oil. Add the chopped parsley, salt and pepper.
