Ingredients
- 1 egg yolk
- 200 ml olive oil
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tbsp wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh basil
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
Whisk the egg yolk, mustard and vinegar. Add the olive oil in a drizzle to make the mayonnaise. Add the chopped basil, salt and pepper.
