Ingredients
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 pinch of saffron infused in hot water
- 1 clove of candied garlic
- 200 ml of neutral oil
- 1 tbsp of white wine vinegar
- Salt
Preparation
Infuse the saffron in hot water. Mix the candied garlic with the egg yolk and vinegar. Add the oil while whisking. Incorporate the saffron infusion and season.
