Ingredients
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tsp wasabi paste
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- 200 ml neutral oil
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- Salt
Preparation
Mix the egg yolk, mustard and vinegar. Whisk the mayonnaise with the oil in a drizzle. Add the wasabi paste and sesame seeds. Mix and adjust the seasoning.
