Ingredients
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 small jalapeño, seeded and finely chopped
- 1 tsp mustard
- 200 ml neutral oil
- 1 tbsp wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh coriander
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
Mix the egg yolk with the mustard and vinegar. Add the oil in a drizzle while whisking. Stir in the jalapeño and coriander. Season to taste.
