Ingredients
- 120 ml (8 tbsp) maple sugar
- 45 ml (3 tbsp) salt
- 60 ml (4 tbsp) onion powder
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) black pepper, crushed
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) white pepper, ground
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) ginger powder
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) sweet paprika
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) coffee, ground
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) garlic powder
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) celery powder
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) dried thyme
- 3 ml (1/2 tsp) cayenne pepper (optional)
Preparation
- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients.
- Pour the mixture into an airtight container. To easily identify it, stick a label GINO SPICE MIX.
- Mixture to sprinkle on meat, fish or vegetables.
