Ingredients
- 125 ml (½ cup) 35% cream
- 120 ml (8 tablespoons) olive oil
- 15 ml (1 tbsp.) sweet smoked paprika
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 pinch saffron
- 1 red bell pepper, in sticks
- 1 yellow bell pepper, in sticks
- 1 green bell pepper, in sticks
- 2 onions, thinly sliced
- 36 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 60 ml (4 tbsp.) capers
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- Preheat barbecue to high.
- In a bowl, combine cream, olive oil, paprika, garlic, saffron, salt and pepper.
- Add peppers, onions, tomatoes and capers.
- Place 4 sheets of aluminum foil on the counter.
- In the center of each sheet of foil, spread the prepared mixture and seal in foil.
- Place the papillotes on the barbecue grill with the lid closed and cook for 10 minutes.
- Turn off the heat under the papillotes and cook for a further 10 minutes.
