Ingredients
- 250 g (1 3/4 cups) all-purpose flour
- 125 g (1/2 cup) softened butter
- 100 g (1/2 cup) white sugar
- 100 g (1/2 cup) brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 pinch salt
- 200 g (1 cup) chocolate chips
Preparation
- In a bowl, beat butter with sugars until creamy.
- Add egg and vanilla extract, then mix.
- Stir in flour, baking soda and salt.
- Add chocolate chips and mix.
- Form dough into balls, place on a baking sheet and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 10 to 12 minutes.
