Pâte à cookies

Ingredients

  • 250 g (1 3/4 cups) all-purpose flour
  • 125 g (1/2 cup) softened butter
  • 100 g (1/2 cup) white sugar
  • 100 g (1/2 cup) brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 200 g (1 cup) chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, beat butter with sugars until creamy.
  2. Add egg and vanilla extract, then mix.
  3. Stir in flour, baking soda and salt.
  4. Add chocolate chips and mix.
  5. Form dough into balls, place on a baking sheet and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 10 to 12 minutes.
