Ingredients
- 1 100 g packet smoked pastrami salmon
- 300 g spaghetti or pasta of your choice
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) 15% cooking cream
- 90 ml (6 tbsp.) grated Parmesan cheese
- 15 ml (1 tbsp.) lemon juice
- 1/2 lemon zest
- 1 tbsp. fresh dill, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Cook pasta according to package directions. Heat the cream in a saucepan over low heat. Add the Parmesan, lemon juice, lemon zest and dill. Season with salt and pepper. Drain the pasta and toss with the sauce. Add the pastrami smoked salmon, cut into strips. Serve immediately.
