Pork Meatball Pizza

Pizza aux boulettes de porc

Ingredients

  1. Preheat the oven to 500°F (260°C).
  2. Reheat the pork meatballs in their sous vide bag by plunging them into boiling water for about 5 to 6 minutes. Open the bag and cut the meatballs into pieces to top the pizzas.
  3. Spread a thin layer of sour cream on each pizza crust.
  4. Spread the pork meatball pieces on the pizzas. Then add the slices of raclette cheese, then sprinkle with grated mozzarella.
  5. Season with a little salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Bake the pizzas in the oven preheated to 500°F and cook for about 8 to 10 minutes, until the edges are crispy and the cheese is melted and golden brown.
  7. Serve immediately.
