Ingredients
- 380 g pork meatballs in hamburger steak sauce (sous vide)
- 4 individual pizza crusts
- 250 ml (1 cup) sour cream (for the base)
- 200 g raclette cheese, thinly sliced
- 250 ml (1 cup) shredded mozzarella
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 500°F (260°C).
- Reheat the pork meatballs in their sous vide bag by plunging them into boiling water for about 5 to 6 minutes. Open the bag and cut the meatballs into pieces to top the pizzas.
- Spread a thin layer of sour cream on each pizza crust.
- Spread the pork meatball pieces on the pizzas. Then add the slices of raclette cheese, then sprinkle with grated mozzarella.
- Season with a little salt and pepper to taste.
- Bake the pizzas in the oven preheated to 500°F and cook for about 8 to 10 minutes, until the edges are crispy and the cheese is melted and golden brown.
- Serve immediately.
