White pizza with shrimp

Ingredients

1 zucchini, cut into 1/4" rounds

60 ml (4 tbsp) olive oil

1 egg, yolk

125 ml (1/2 cup) 35% cream

125 ml (1/2 cup) parmesan cheese, grated

8 ml (1/2 tbsp) mixed herbs from Provence

3 ml (1/2 tsp) chili flakes

18 shrimp 31/40, completely peeled

8 basil leaves, chopped

15 ml (1 tbsp) pink peppercorns, crushed

1 clove garlic, minced

2 balls homemade or store-bought pizza dough

125 ml (1/2 cup) sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Preheat the oven, grill in the center at 290 °C (550 °F).

In a hot pan, with a little oil, brown the zucchini slices in the oil, 2 minutes on each side. Add salt and pepper. Set aside

In a bowl, mix the egg yolk, cream, parmesan, herbes de Provence, chili, salt and pepper.

In a bowl, mix the shrimp, basil, pink pepper, garlic, salt and pepper.

On the work surface, spread the pizza dough.

On each pizza, spread the prepared cream then the zucchini, sun-dried tomatoes, shrimp and bake for 10 to 15 minutes, depending on the thickness of the pizza.

Add the basil and enjoy.
