Ingredients
- 4 individual pizza doughs
- 400 g simmered chicken (sweet mustard & maple syrup)
- 500 ml (2 cups) ricotta cheese
- 60 ml (4 tablespoons) tomato sauce
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) sliced mushrooms
- 1 red onion, sliced into rings
- 1 liter (4 cups) grated cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Herbs de Provence (optional)
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 260°C (500°F).
- Spread a tablespoon of tomato sauce on each pizza dough.
- Spread 125 ml (1/2 cup) ricotta cheese on each pizza.
- Add simmered shredded chicken, onion rings and sliced mushrooms.
- Sprinkle each pizza with approximately 250 ml (1 cup) grated cheese.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, and herbes de Provence if desired.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, until pizzas are golden brown and cheese is melted.
