Creamy chicken pizza

Pizza crémeuse au poulet

Ingredients

  1. Preheat oven to 260°C (500°F).
  2. Spread a tablespoon of tomato sauce on each pizza dough.
  3. Spread 125 ml (1/2 cup) ricotta cheese on each pizza.
  4. Add simmered shredded chicken, onion rings and sliced mushrooms.
  5. Sprinkle each pizza with approximately 250 ml (1 cup) grated cheese.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and herbes de Provence if desired.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until pizzas are golden brown and cheese is melted.
