Ingredients
- 1 bag of ready-made tomato basil chicken meatballs
- 500 ml (2 cups) frozen French fries (prepared in the air fryer or oven)
- 500 ml (2 cups) cheese curds
- 125 ml (½ cup) grated Parmesan cheese
- 30 ml (2 tablespoons) balsamic reduction
Preparation
- Cook the fries according to the instructions on the package, either in the air fryer or in the oven, until they are very crispy. Meanwhile, reheat the tomato chicken meatballs in a saucepan over medium heat until heated through.
- Divide the hot fries between two plates. Add the cheese curds on top of the fries. Then divide the tomato chicken meatballs over the cheese curds and fries.
- Sprinkle each serving with grated Parmesan cheese. Drizzle balsamic reduction lightly on top for a finishing touch.
