Loaded Poutine with Asian Flavors

  1. Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
  2. Cook fries according to instructions (in oven or deep fryer) until golden brown and crisp. Immediately salt the fries while they are still hot.
  3. Meanwhile, reheat the pork stew in a skillet over medium heat for about 5 minutes, then remove from heat.
  4. Assemble poutine: divide fries among plates, add cheese curds on top of hot fries, then arrange pork stew on top.
  5. Garnish with chopped green onions and add hot sauce to taste.
  6. Serve immediately.
