Smoked salmon pastrami and spinach quiche

Quiche au saumon fumé pastrami et épinards

Cooking time : 30 minutes

Ingredients

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Brown spinach in a skillet until tender.
  3. In a bowl, beat the eggs with the cream, grated cheddar, salt and pepper.
  4. Roll out the shortcrust pastry in a pie tin.
  5. Add the spinach and sliced pastrami smoked salmon to the bottom of the tart.
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the top.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes until the quiche is golden brown.
