  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Spread the shortcrust pastry in a pie dish and prick the bottom with a fork.
  2. In a bowl, mix the eggs, cooking cream, Dijon mustard, shallot, grated cheese, and chopped dill. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Empty the tube of Salmon Duo into the mixture, and stir gently to incorporate the fresh and smoked salmon cubes.
  4. Pour the mixture over the shortcrust pastry.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the quiche is golden brown and cooked in the center.
  6. Let cool before serving.
