Ingredients
- 1 100 g packet smoked pastrami salmon
- 4 rice cakes
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1 cucumber, julienned
- 1 cup cooked rice vermicelli
- A few fresh mint leaves
- 4 lettuce leaves
- Soy or sesame sauce for dipping
Preparation
- Soak rice cakes in lukewarm water until soft.
- Place a lettuce leaf on each patty, followed by a little sliced pastrami smoked salmon, carrot, cucumber, rice vermicelli and mint.
- Roll up the patties, folding in the sides and pressing tightly.
- Serve the spring rolls with the sauce of your choice.
