Ingredients
- 1 ball butter puff pastry, store-bought
- 250 ml (1 cup) Parmesan cheese, grated
- 250 ml (1 cup) Cheddar cheese, grated
- 250 ml (1 cup) button mushrooms, sliced
- 3 jalapenos, without white membranes or seeds, chopped
- 250 ml (1 cup) tomato sauce
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 60 ml (¼ cup) butter, melted
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- Preheat oven, rack in center, to 200°C (400°F).
- On a work surface, roll out the dough, sprinkle with the Parmesan and Cheddar cheeses, mushrooms and pepper pieces.
- Roll the dough into a ball, then cut into two-inch-thick pieces.
- Pour the tomato sauce into a cake tin and arrange the rolls.
- In a bowl, mix garlic, butter, salt and pepper.
- Pour the prepared mixture over the top and bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
