Ingredients
- 1/2 red cabbage, thinly sliced (about 4 cups)
- 2 carrots, grated
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) toasted sesame seeds
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) rice vinegar
- 45 ml (3 tbsp) sesame oil
- 5 ml (1 tsp) soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mix red cabbage and carrots in a salad bowl.
- Prepare the vinaigrette with rice vinegar, sesame oil, and soy sauce, then season.
- Pour the vinaigrette over the vegetables, toss.
- Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds before serving.
