Ingredients
- 300 g green beans, cooked and cooled (about 2 cups)
- 50 g (about 1/2 cup) slivered almonds, toasted
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- 45 ml (3 tbsp) olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a salad bowl, toss the green beans with the slivered almonds.
- Prepare the vinaigrette by mixing the lemon juice, zest, olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Pour the vinaigrette over the green beans, toss and serve.
