Ingredients
- 100 g young shoots (about 4 cups)
- 2 pears, thinly sliced
- 50 g (about 1/2 cup) walnuts, roughly chopped
For the dressing
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) cider vinegar
- 45 ml (3 tbsp) walnut oil
- 5 ml (1 tsp) honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mix the young shoots, pear slices and walnuts in a salad bowl.
- Make the dressing by mixing the cider vinegar, walnut oil, honey, salt and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad, toss gently and serve.
