Ingredients
- 150 g lamb's lettuce (about 4 cups)
- 1 green apple, thinly sliced
- 2 celery stalks, thinly sliced
- 50 g (about 1/2 cup) toasted pecans
For the dressing
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) maple syrup
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) cider vinegar
- 60 ml (4 tbsp) walnut or olive oil
- 5 ml (1 tsp) Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mix lamb's lettuce, apple, celery and walnuts in a salad bowl.
- Prepare the dressing by mixing maple syrup, mustard, vinegar and oil.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss.
