Salade de mesclun aux agrumes et pistaches

Ingredients

  • 150 g mesclun (about 4 cups)
  • 1 orange, peeled and sliced
  • 1 grapefruit, peeled and sliced
  • 50 g (about 1/2 cup) pistachios, shelled and toasted
  • 1 avocado, sliced ​​(optional)

For the dressing

  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) fresh orange juice
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) cider vinegar
  • 60 ml (4 tbsp) olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Arrange the mesclun, citrus slices, pistachios, and avocado in a salad bowl.
  2. Prepare the dressing by mixing the orange juice, cider vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad, toss gently and serve.
